Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
How do we ship?
We utilize U.S. Postal Service, to ship products from this site.
APO/FPO addresses require extra delivery time.
When do we ship?
Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive an Order Confirmation and a Shipping Confirmation when you provide your email address with the billing/shipping information.
Orders placed after 12:00 pm ET on Thursday will not be shipped until the following Monday.
Shipping times will vary.
Order Adjustment and Cancellation
Dampp-Chaser cannot accept change of shipping address requests after an order has already been processed and shipped.

To make changes to an order, you must notify us by 10:00 am ET the following business day after order placement. If the order has already been shipped, the return policy (below) will be in effect with return shipping charges applicable.
Shipping addresses must comply with delivery standards used by the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, and UPS.
Returns are accepted if you are dissatisfied with the quality of the merchandise, if the merchandise is defective, or if it is damaged irreparably in shipment.
Returns are not accepted if the product has been altered.
Please do not mail the merchandise back without first contacting: firstname.lastname@example.org or (800) 438-1524.
The liability of Dampp-Chaser for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase price or replacement of the product(s), at our option. Dampp-Chaser shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Terms and Conditions
Standard payment for Piano Saver Store purchases is made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover). If you wish to pay by check or money order, please call (800) 438-1524 to place your order.
A $30 service charge will be assessed on all returned checks.
Sales tax applies to North Carolina customers only.

Because we care about the safety of your credit card transaction, the company servers use https/SSL with a 256 bit security certificate, an encryption technology that works with most modern web browsing software so that unauthorized parties cannot read the information that you send.
Dampp-Chaser will not collect any information about you or your company for any purpose other than what is necessary for completing and shipping your orders. The information needed to process orders are: name, postal address, street address (including apartment number, suite number, etc.), city, state, zip code and telephone number. Your email address is required to provide order confirmation.
